How do I get Outlook to show EVERYTHING in a pop account?

I use multiple pop accounts and multiple platforms to conect to those
accounts. If one platform "grabs" an email the other will not even if it is
unread. How can I make Outlook show everything in that account?

By platform, do you mean another PC? Are the items being left on the server?

By platform I mean Mac and PC. Both are setup to leave the messages on the
server, but Outlook only shows the ones that haven't been "touched"
