How do I get Outlook'03 to open with the inbox than PersFolders?

I open Outlook and it always defaults to the "Personal Folders", rather than
the "Inbox".

How do I change that?

Also - I had an email today that I wanted to "block" as junk mail...it gave
me an error message that said it wasn't a vailid email, so I would not let me
block it.
