How do I get past security sending digital photos?

I'm trying to send digital photos from "C:\MyDocuments..... I use the "Send
to" ffunction but my e-mail message appeards with athe attachment and a
notice that "This message has not been sent" and suggests I review my
security settings. How can I send digital photos?
