How do I get pdf documents to be displayed on web pages?

Using Microsoft Fronpage, how do I get pdf documents to be displayed on web
pages? I have created a link to the documment and tested it by uploading the
page and document to a server. When I cick on the link the pdf file starts
downloading. I dont wan it to start downloading, I want the pdf file to be
displayed on the browser. Can anyone help?

It has to download so Adobe can open it and display it.

The only way around that is to convert the pdf to a displayable image...like
a giant .gif.

Not really.

I do newletters like this every month. A 2 page newletter as a gif is only
56k.
