How do I get plumbing stencils for Visio standard 2003?

I want stencils for plumbing and electrical so I can design a basement
remodel with Visio Standard 2003

You really need Visio Pro for that and not Visio Standard. Visio Pro
contains all the home remodel stencils that you need.

Visio Standard is meant for more general business use and Visio Pro is meant
for more technical drawing use.

I have Visio Professional 2003 and there are no plumbing stencils (i.e.
elbows, tee fittings, reducers, flanges, traps, etc.

Therefore, I will repeat the previous question: Does Microsoft have a
partner in this space that develops plumbing stencils specifically for Visio?

According to the MS site, you should create your own. It actually would not
be that hard, just time consuming with the large number of fittings. I
looked for a partner, but did not find one. Good luck.
