How do I get Powerpoint Pack and Go to include the viewer?

Although I've installed the viewer on my PC, Pack and Go will not allow me to
deselect "Don't Include the Viewer". The selection "Viewer for Microsoft
Windows" is grayed out. I'm running PowerPoint 2002 on Windows XP Pro SP2.

Thank you for including your version of PPT. It's important in this
situation.

Which Viewer did you install? PPT 2002 is looking for the PPT 97 Viewer, not
the PPT 2003 Viewer (which came out after PPT 2002).

See http://www.echosvoice.com/autoruncd.htm -- do it yourself with the new
viewer if you need to use the 2003 Viewer with PPT 2002.

This works great if you want to put the PowerPoint presentation on a CD, but
what if you just want to email it out as an attachment? There are a number of
people that I need to email my presentation to that don't have powerpoint.

Send them a link to download and install the Viewer.
