How do I get Print Preview to accuratly show what will be printed

When inserting a photo, the photo turns to code when it is manipulated by
Word. An example would be to use the rotate comand and then all is gone
except a code.

Hi Harry,

If you're seeing the picture in Word in Print Layout view but only a code in Print Preview check the settings in
File=>Print=>Options and uncheck the 'field codes' box.

If you're seeing the code in Print layout view then try using Alt+F9 to toggle between codes and content.
