How do I get Print Preview to work?

When I access or create a document in Word it will not allow me to Print
Preview. It tells me I need to sign up for Information Rights Management
Service. It will not allow me to edit Headers and my Headers on old documents
have changed.

Ask your system administrator. This is a service companies can use to
protect their documents.

My System Admininstrator did not do anything to create unaccessibility. She
is as puzzled as I am in how this could happen. She would also like to know
how to get my documents back to "normal".
