How do I get quicktime attachments with outlook 2002

Quicktime attachments are present on my web mail, but when downloaded in
Outlook 2002 they are not attached to the downloaded email. Any help to
correct this is appreciated. Quicktime 7.1 is presentv on the computer. Thanks

What are the filetype of these attachments? You say they are
"Quicktime" attachments but that does not state what is their filetype.
Could be they are an executable filetype in which Outlook will block
their access (they're still in the e-mail but you cannot access them
using Outlook).
