How do I get rid of a default e-mail heading in unknown Asian scri

When I start a new message, the very top pane of the message (topborder),
where it normally say "New Message," displays a long series of some Asian
script, possibly Korean.

I did not change anything to ask for this and do not know how to get it back
to English: New Message
