How do I get rid of a 'Enter Network Password' in Outlook?

In Microsoft Outlook I keep getting a box which reuqests 'Enter Network
Password'. The password in it is my outgoing mail server and the user name
on it is my incoming email to oulook and password. The box will only go away
for a few seconds and keeps returning. I can't do any work with this and
must get rid of this box.
