how do i get rid of duplicate personal folders in Outlook 2003?

I just moved to a new computer, transfered over my Outlook.pst file. When it
loaded into the newly installed Outlook 2003 I have two duplicate copies of
Personal Folders. The FAQ solution did not work as I cannot close them or
change their names. I tried a complete reinstall of Office 2003. no luck.
Suggestions?

Hi Bern,
please go in the control panel under mail
there you pointed the Data files option.
In this tab you will see all your personal Folder files (pst)
And there you could delete the new one
