How do I get rid of error not implemeted in out look

Whenever I opened my email and click on send and receive button, iget the
message "not implemented" futher diagnostic revealed that both vista/and
outlook 2007 Beta have been installed in my laptop. I am have problems
uninstalling either of them.

Can you help?
