how do I get rid of ezphoto on Word toolbar

After loading Office, I now have a toolbar that contains EZPHOTO launch;
something that I do not want. When I close the program either by saving or by
exiting, it asks if I want to save to EZPHOTO; I wish this to stop. For every
save a new EZP appears on the toolbar reducing the working space; the
question is simple: "How do I eliminate all reference to this nuisance that I
do not want or use?"

EZPhoto comes with some scanners and printers. If you recently
installed new hardware then chances are EZPhoto was installed too.
Take a look in your Office/Startup folder (located in the Office
installation path) and remove the EZPhoto.dot to prevent it from
attempting to load when Word starts. If you have any additional EZ
files, such as EZ*.wll remove those as well.

If you are unable to find the Office\Startup folder or if EZPhoto.dot
is not located in the folder then use Windows Search to locate it.

You may also need to manually remove the EZPhoto buttons as well. Go
to Tools/Customization and either drag the buttons off the toolbar or,
if you don't have any toolbar customizations, select the Toolbars tab
and reset both the Standard and Formatting toolbars. (I'd say the
buttons are added to the Standard toolbar but resetting both should
remove them just in case.)
