The only time I have seen the message is when the conditions are
as I described them; so it is possible something else is going on that I have
not seen. But I would suspect a bad install so the problem might be fixed
either way.
There is one more thing, if you have plenty of hard drive space I always install
a big package like Office from the hard drive. ie I copy the cd to the hard
drive and then install. This avoids having to find that damn CD when I have
to install an update or have some other problem (be sure to put the product key
into a text file and store it also).
