How do I get rid of MICKEY MOUSE?Causes much trouble

This Mickey Mouse comes up when I retrieve a doc from Office word
2003.Instead of the doc I get Author Mickey Mouse and things like
M@I@C@K@E@Y but it is not the @ sign.It does other disruptive things,Any body
know how to get rid of it?

No but I will now.
I think this is related to a key stroke which activates it.

One other thing to try (if it's just Word) might be to delete the normal.dot
file and see if that helps. Close Word, then search your hard drive for
normal.dot or normal.dotm and delete all those files before relaunching
Word.
