How do I get rid of MSI error in Word 2003?

I launch Word 2003 installed from Office 2003 Pro and it says 'This MSI must
be launched through setup.' I click ok as the only option, it repeats it self
3 time. How do I get rid of this message. I have tried repairong office and
reinstalling it.
What is the problem
