How do I get rid of sticky keys?

i messed with the sticky keys settings, and now it takes a long time for the
letters to work.. how do I get back to those settings?

In Windows, click on Start | Control Panel | Accessibility
Options | Keyboard tab | uncheck the "Use StickyKeys" box | OK.
