How do I get rid of tear off's on a flyer?

Subject kinda sums it up. I am thinking as I type this, that maybe you
cannot, that I just chose the wrong format. I am not wanting the address
tear-off's at the bottom of the flyer.

You have answered your own question. Start over!

Select the tearoffs with a left click
and press your delete key. Add
something else in the blank space...

Copy your text/graphics and paste it into a new doc with the right template.
