How do I get rid of templete instructions on right of templete?

Invoice Templete problems

I found a templete for an invoice on the net. I was able to create a nice
templete, but I have 2 problems with it. First the instructions are still on
the right of my invoice. I can get it off the screen, but it gets saved with
the invoice. Second, my LOGO on top of the invoice makes the invoice too
long for 1 page. I'd like to take some lines out, but it won't let me.

You need to tell us more. Is it an excel template? If so is there any
version for it? Where did you download it from? Is it a trial version
and so most likely protected for any changes to be made!

We need to know all this.
