That sounds like you've installed East Asian language support. Go to:

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options > Languages

Are there check marks in either of the two "Install..." boxes?

Thanks, but it's neither languages nor text boundaries. I did the control panel, start/microsoft office/tools... and none of the conditions suggested exists.
