How Do I get rid of the connection request in OE?

I recently set up a home network through a router. Ever since then I
haven't had to go through any connection process to have access to the
internet. However, now whenever I try to check or send mail on Outlook
Express, it asks me to connect. Is there any way I can get rid of this and
make Outlook recognize that I already have a connection? Note, Internet
Explorer seems to work fine.

This newsgroup is devoted to Microsoft Access, the database development
product.

Your opportunities for getting an answer to your question will increase if
you will post it to a newsgroup devoted to Outlook Express, Outlook or the
tech support site of the manufacturer of your router.

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, the desktop database application.
For Outlook Express questions you might want to try one of the Outlook
Express newsgroups - in this case I think you can solve your problem by
doing the following:

From the main menu select Tools->Account then select the Mail tab, select
the mail account you use then click Properties and choose the Connection
tab. Uncheck the box "Always connect to this account using. . .". This
should allow OE to use any available internet connection.
