How do I get rid of this VB dialogue box?

After closing down Outlook XP I get the following message in a "Microsoft
Visual Basic" dialogue box: "The macros in this project are disabled. Please
refer to the online help or documentation of the host application to
determine how to enable macros."

Thanks for your help!

Hi Greg,
open Outlook,
TOOLS | MAKRO | SECURITY
and there you have to set the security level to medium.
