How do I get rid of tool bars in final version I am sending?

A document that has been through the track changes process was sent to me. I
was going to then send it with a cover letter to a group of people, but it
contained all the red marks showing changes. The original creator of the
document finally figured out how to get rid of the red marks and sent a
version to me that had no marks, but contains all the toolbars used to create
the document. I don't want those to show up when I send it. What do we do to
get rid of the toolbars? Is it possible? Thank you so much for any help or
insights you are able to give us.

The toolbars really shouldn't have been in the document in the first
place -- they should be in the template on which the document is based, and
then they would automatically disappear when the document is sent to someone
else. Since you have them, though...

Open the document in question. Go to Tools > Customize and click the
Toolbars tab. Scroll the list to find the unwanted toolbars. In turn, select
each one and click the Delete button. Close the dialog and save the
document.

BTW, getting rid of the Track Changes marks shouldn't have been all that
difficult. On the Reviewing toolbar, you click the down arrow on the Accept
Change button and select Accept All Changes in Document. In fact, you ought
to do that now, to make sure the owner didn't just hide the marks. See
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=290945 for other things you should look
for and remove before sending documents out of your office.
