How do I get rid of 'winfaxprintandmerge'?

I'm plagued with a message that appears every time I start up word Office
2000 (o/s Windows ME) that says 'Compile error in hidden module:
WinFaxPrintandMerge'
I click 'OK' and it goes and I continue my work with no problem until I want
to open another file ....

Any ideas on getting rid of this, please.
