How do I get row #1 of my spreadsheet to stop overlapping the rest of my chart when I scroll??????

You may have turned on freeze panes. Click on Windows,
Unfreeze panes.

When I scroll row #1 always remains at the top of the
screen, even if I am on row #2746. When I print the
screen, even if I am printing far down the chart (rows
#547-#610 for example) row #1 is at the top. How do I make
this stop? I don't know how this suddenly happened or how
to make it go away. I have tried everything I can think of
and used every help program we have. Please, please please
please HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! I need to make this stop.
