How do I get screen shot images in power point to print?

I added a "screen shot" of one of my company's systems to a powerpoint
presentation. When I print the slide, everything on the slide EXCEPT the
screen shot image prints. There is nothing but blank space on the slide where
the screen shot should be. How do I fix this?

By screen shot do you mean prt scr and paste or a dedicated screen capture
programme.

I can only tell you the both work fine for me so the problem may be
elsewhere. Maybe you could try to cut the screenshot and paste special as a
png (though you shouldnt need to!)

Actually it's a print window (Alt + Print Screen) and paste (Ctrl + V) which
correctly loads the image to the slide where it is resized to fit within the
slide margins and then saved. The "print screen" image, however, will not
print. But the rest of the data on the slide does successfully print.

Not only do other pictures print okay, but other screen shots of the system
that are incorporated as images within the same PP presentation print just
fine. Only three of about a dozen slides omit the screen shot images when
printed. Thus, it is intermittent and totally baffling. No one can figure it
out.

Send me a non printing slide if you want (see profile). Some printers (not
any of mine) fail to print slides if the picture overhangs the edge of the
slide.
