How do I get screen tips to appear in Web output from Visio 2003

I have created a flow chart with screen tips that appear when the mouse is
held over the shape. I need to save the diagram as a Web page so other users
can view it, but the screen tips will not export. any ideas?

I believe custom properties can be exported to web as an alternative to
comments.

.... and you can have a custom property that has a formula =GUARD(Comment)
and would thus display the ScreenTip as a custom property in the web page.
(you must enter this formula in the ShapeSheet)

Thank you for the help. I have tried this, but I am obviously not putting
the formula in the correct place as the formula appears in the exported web
page and not the screen tip.

Also, I need to export as SVG - which does not seem to allow the custom
properties - as any other format that I try does not line the hyperlinks up
with the blocks. This means that you have to click away from teh object to
activate it's hyperlink - which is not much use really. Any further
assistance will be gratefully recieved.
