How do I get setting font weight to Bold in a subform to work?

Although I can set text box properties on a subform to show FontWeight =
Bold, and in design view the font weight changes to bold,when the subform is
displayed there font weight remains displayed as Normal. Any ideas please of
how to resolve this problem?

Make sure you have all of the updates for your version of Access. If you
version is fully patched, then go into design view of the subform and set the
font weight. (Don't go into design view of the main form and don't try to
make the setting via normal view of the main form.) Save the subform. If
the subform works independently of the main form, verify the font weight. If
this doesn't work, look for some code that sets the text box's properties.
