How do I get sharp typeface when I email Publisher newsletter?

When I use Email preview or send Publisher newsletter by email, the type on
the screen looks as if it's out of ink or it's been printed on a dot matrix.
I'm using TT fonts, as suggested. What else can I do to get a clean looking
emailed Newsletter?

Convert it to a PDF. There are free converters around. www.primopdf.com has been
mentioned here.

As Matt Beals would say, Friends don't send friends HTML email.

The text is probably being converted to an image. You need to use web fonts
and you need to mark the option to not send as an image.

There are many print formats that simply don't translate into html. Unless
you keep it really simple, you are likely to
have formatting issues in a Publisher email message. Web media is very
different than print media...you have to design accordingly. Pay particular
attention to the Tips for 2003 for more about formatting conflicts.

PDFs may not be your first choice, but they are safe, small file size and
your font choice and other print formats will survive the conversion and
probably look better. Probably the best choice.
