How do I get spell checker to work in OWA?

I am working in Windows XP, Home Edition 2002. I am checking company email
via OWA. The spell checker is not working in OWA only. The two error messages
I get are:
"The spelling in this item cannot be checked. Try again later." Click ok is
the only option.

Followed by another error:
"The spelling check was stopped before it was finished. To send anyway,
click OK. To return to the tiem, click cancel."

Two notes:
1) Spell checker works fine with the entire Office suite which is loaded
onto the computer.
2) A company that I just left used OWA and I had no problems with spell
checking over thier system.

IT at new company says to reload Office, but that is not the problem since
the spell checker works fine with all other applications.

Any fixes anyone?

What version of Exchange are they using at this company? Only Exchange 2003
reliably checks spelling and I have heard of other problems with prior
versions of Exchange.

For assistance with Outlook Web Access issues, please post to an Exchange
group as it is a function of Exchange, not Outlook.
