How do I get the Backup Utilty

I do not have the backup utility installed on my PC nor do I have a CD to
download to it. How can I install the backup utilty. If I reinstall window
services would it interfere with my existing programs or settings.

Not an Office related problem. Try reposting to a Windows group for your
operating system version.
