How do I get the calendar to automatically open in the correct mo.

It's Monday, January 31. My Outlook calendar is set to open up in the month
view. It shows the weeks beginning December 27 through January 24. In order
to see February, I have to scroll down, or click on the small calendar in the
upper right hand corner of the screen. If I do move the calendar so I can
see February, and then exit the calendar screen and come back, then I'm back
on December 27 - January 24. This is pretty annoying. I've looked through
the various help topics and can't find a way to change this. Do anyone know
how?

What if I want to always show a 4-5 weeks at time, like a "rolling month"
that always shows me the past two weeks, this week, and the coming two weeks.
Is that possible?
