How do I get the calendar to print in a Sunday to Saturday format

P

Pastor John

I really like the Outlook Calendar program with one exception. I work with a
lot of people who are not computerized and I need to give them paper copies
of the calendar. They hate the Monday to Sunday with Saturday and Sunday
grouped together formatt. I have looked and looked and tryed to find out how
to print in a Sunday to Saturday formatt with each day having its own section
and I cannot find how to do it. Please help.

Right-click your calendar, chose Other Settings, and uncheck the box labeled
"Compress weekend days".

That works only for the month view. John is apparently concerned about the week view which has no similar setting. One of the Word print templates at http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar.htm#print might do it, though, or its macro could be adapted.

You're probably correct in what John wants, but with my limited knowledge of
printing calendars, I couldn't tell from what he wrote.
