how do i get the clip art to be wallpaper?

How do U get the clip art or internet stuff to lighten and be like wallpaper?

I think you're referring to a watermark. If you are using Word 2002 or 2003,
use Format | Background | Printed Watermark. For earlier versions, see “HOW
TO: Create a Watermark in Word 97 and in Microsoft Word 2000†at
