How do I get the contact management part of Office Outlook?

I bought the Outlook Standard 2003 from a person on ebay. How do I get the
Contact Management add on?

Trying to get it to work

I know I had to get mine with the Office Professional 2003 with Business
Contact Manager. The Business Contact Manager came on a separate CD. (I
don't think you can download it separately. And I don't think you can get
there from Outlook Standard 2003.)
