From the View menu, select Toolbars, and then select Customize. Then select
the Commands tab. On the left side of the dialog box (categories) locate
All Commands. Then on the right hand side of the dialog box (commands)
locate TableToOrFromText and drag that into the proper place on your menu.
Also, you can just Reset the Menu Bar to the standard Microsoft settings.
