how do I get the email addresses in alphabetical order in contacts

My email addresses are in the contacts file for some reason which is fine, I
guess. How do I get them in alphabetical order? There is no where to click
above the first email address. I am using Windows XP and office home edition.

Try right click in an Open area of contact and pick sort from the menu.
Otherwise share with us what version of Outlook you are using.
