How do I get the file wordret.msi if I don't have the CD for micr.

Debby

I was working in powerpoint when it crashed. I sent the error and it came
back that I should update. The update needed was Service Pack 3. When I tried
to download it, I got a message that I had to insert the CD which I don't
have since the program came with the computer. It is looking for the file:
wordret.msi
Can anyone help or tell me where I can get this file?
Thanks

Hi Debby,

MS requires PC suppliers to provide the CD for the
MS Office or MS Works Suite products installed on a PC.

WordRet.MSI would be on CD#1 of the MS Works Suite CD.
