How do I get the "Genius" Assistant for Office 2003?

assistant characters from

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Chris T. asked:

Dear Chris T.

Unfortunately I who also have purchased Office 2003 cannot seem to find the
Genius Assistant. I have heard from a friend that Microsoft are thinking
about making various downloads that will include more Assistants. There will
be theme downloads, eg. Kids which will included their favourite Cartoon
Characters etc.
