how do i get the header tool bar back on word

It isn't easy to lose it and I don't know any way to do it (or restore it)
without VBA.

When editing a header ...

Press Alt+F11 to open the VBE
Press Ctrl+G to open (or switch to) the Immediate Window
Type commandbars("Header and Footer").enabled = true
Press Enter
Press Alt+F4 to close the VBE
