how do I get the icons that show that I've replied to and forward.

I used to have the arrows that showed if you replied or forwarded to a
message in your inbox. The arrows were on top of the envelopes that show up
in the "icon" field. Now I only get the envelopes (no arrows). Our sys
admins re-imaged our computers and I can't figure out how to adjust my
settings to get the arrows back. Please help! Thanks!

What exactly did your sysadmins do?
What version/mode/SP level of Outlook? (help | about)

Our computers are now being hosted on a new network, by a new company (EDS,
for Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)). In order for us to be on their
network, they wiped our computers clean and pushed a new load of software
onto our computers. Before and after NMCI/EDS, we used Outlook 2000. I'm
not sure about the service pack of the previous version, but my current
version is SP-3 (9.0.0.6627). Any info you can provide would be much
appreciated! Thanks!
