How do i get the insert tab to show up in a task page?

I have a new computer with Micro Outlook 2007. When I create a New Task, on
my other computer with the same program, the Insert Tab would show up on the
task page, (inbetween the Task and Format Text Tabs) . On this computer there
is not an Inster Tab to make any sellections. How do I get the Insert Tab to
show up???

maybe you should reset the toolbars to make it come back - it should be
there.
