how do i get the office desktop toolbar with office XP Pro?

The Office Shortcut Bar is an optional installation item.
Put in your Office CD, go to control panel and use the
Add/remove feature to navigate to Office XP. Expand the
tree once you are at the installation page and it can be
found under the Office Tools section.
