How do I get the sales invoice to print customer tele numbers

I cannot get my customers phone numbers to print on the invoices, even though
they are clearly there whilst the invoice is being raised !!!!
Can you please advise on what I need to do to get them printed on there as
they are an important part of invoicing.

Which Office application and version?

Which template and where was it obtained?

Is the formatted data close to the height and/or width of the alloted
space? Tried a smaller font?

Text and/or background color changed from default black on white? Any
nearby text or graphics frames? Any background images/watermarks?

Hi

I am using Accounts Pro 2009
the standard invoice from this software
I am using Vista
i have tried to alter the template but this is a wate of time as whatever i
add or remove the template stays the same.

No watermarks or images on the invoice at all
