How do I get the sync function to recoginze a new device?

Had to replace my 7130e Blackberry with a new device. Can send and receive
emails OK; however, when I try to sync calendar, address book, and tasks, I
get an error message that the desk top manager cannot locate the files.

Not an Outlook problem but a problem with your synching software. Read the
help files for that software for a solution.
