How do I get the UML add on for Visio 2003 (SP3)?

I am told there is a UML (unified modelling language) add on for Visio but am
not sure how to check if its in the standard app, orif I need to get it
added, how to do that either - any help appreciated.

The built-in UML addon is only available in the Professional version of Visio.
