How do i get the words for the picture link?

I want to insert a picture with a link, but i want the link to be visible
under the picture.

There's nothing in Word that can do this for you, it would require a macro
solution. For example, the macro could display the InsertPicture dialog box,
pick up the user selection, then insert it (as a link), along with the file
path.

Another approach would be a macro that cycles through all the pictures in a
document, extracts the information and then inserts it into the document.

It's not possible to simply give you sample code, because so much depends on how
you expect the pictures to be formatted when they're inserted / how the pictures
are formatted that are already in the document. What's possible also depends on
the version of Word, which you haven't told us.
