How do I get the X axis (excel 2003) to start at 0?

I want to ensure my first data point is away from the Y axis line. I have
un-ticked the "crosses between pips" because I want the pips to line up with
the data point, but now my first data point is on the line and it will not
allow me to put in a "o" as the starting point.

If this is a Line chart, switch to a XY Scatter chart. A Line chart
doesn't allow the option you want.
