How do I get Word 2003 to recognize installed fonts?

I have Office 2003 Pro installed, but I can only access "Times New Roman" and
the "Device Font 10cpi, 12cpi, 17cpi". All the standard fonts are in the
Windows Fonts folder.

Click on Start | Control Panel | Printers. If the default printer is None,
Fax, or Generic/Text Only, then select a default printer that is capable of
printing fonts, and you will see more font choices in Word.
